I was working as a lead designer on an advanced web board app design. Prodeology was one of the first web and design table-oriented projects I was working with. It was indeed a complex task and UI design in the long run. My role was to make the new design proposition clean and eye-pleasing as possible.

Design Process
The overall design process was mostly focused on the interface UI design and testing the efficiency of a product with an internal group of users. We did start with more of a general and technical meet-up to discuss the product vision and reflection among the rivals and competitors in that specific field for product managers. I was iterating through many ideas and feedback to get that design top-notch and really smooth.

Product Research
At first, I was going mainly through different products from this area and trying to look for similarities among them, and then we followed up with observation on product values
Wireframing
I went through old designs and prototypes of Prodeology and then proposed a couple of improvements, sketching the first wireframes and visual propositions of the entire interface

Gathering Feedback
At that time I was ready to confront a couple of the prepared Hi-Fi wireframes and UI design propositions with the internal development and management teams
Hi-Fi Design
After summarizing that thorough feedback I was ready to continue working creatively on that final UI direction. I did finalize all other design sections and prepared a beta release

After summarizing that thorough feedback I was ready to continue working creatively on that final UI direction and other product sections and marketing assets for social platforms
Beta Tester Release
With the first clickable Hi-Fi proposition we have been ready to discover and test users behaviour inside new interface design. This step showed us significant places for accessibility improvement
Hand-off & Presentation
Once we have agreed upon the new UI direction I have set a meeting with our technical team to go through the new designs and the overall behavior for the different states
